After you have completed, you will remain a member of our community, giving you access to a wide range of services. You will continue to be able to contact us at any time and we will support you through any queries you may have.
PROCESS
Our process covers all aspects of buying a home, from the initial reservation right through to being a member of our aftercare community.
We will begin the process by helping you choose the perfect property for you, including location, budget and the type of property itself. Once you have reserved, we will give you a full walkthrough of your future home and share the plans with you.
On completion of the sale, we will exchange contracts and you will officially be the proud owner of your home. We will step back and allow you to enjoy your new home, but we will always be there for you.
